Refund Policy

Subscription refunds
All Livo subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to each platform's standard refund policy.
- Google Play: You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play. After that, requests go through Google's standard review process.
- Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us within 14 days at sbotargues@gmail.com and we will assist you with the refund process through the relevant platform.
Non-refundable items
Partial subscription periods that have already been consumed are generally non-refundable per platform policy.
